ICFRE Notification 2023 for the post of Forest Range Officer

Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) released a notification 2023 for the post of Forest Range Officer in the pay scale at Level 7 of Pay Matrix on deputation including short terms contract. Some of the details of the notification are:

• Eligibility: Analogous  OR Deputy Ranger in the pay level 06 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with 15 years of regular service in the grade. OR Forester in the pay level 04 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with 05 years of regular service in the grade. 

• Age limit: The candidates must not be more than 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

• Pay scale: The candidates will be paid in the pay scale at Level 7 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 1,42,400).

• Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their eligibility, qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.

• How to apply: The candidates must fill the application form in the prescribed format and attach self-attested copies of relevant documents such as age proof, educational qualifications, experience certificates, etc. The candidates must send their applications by post to “The Secretary , Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education, P.O. New Forest Dehradun – 248006” on or before 31.08.2023. The envelope containing the application must be superscribed as “Application for the post of Forest Range Officer”.

• Last Date of Submission: 31.08.2023.
