About the Role
Amazon is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join its Selling Partner Risk team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This team is responsible for developing solutions that prevent fraud, detect abuse, and ensure a fair and trustworthy marketplace for customers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Develop automated reporting solutions to highlight potential gaps in existing mechanisms.
Design business logic and deploy heuristic solutions for decision-making.
Partner with scientists, risk managers, and program managers to drive data-driven insights.
Retrieve and compile data from multiple sources into an actionable format.
Monitor key metrics and use analytics to support business strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Strong proficiency in Excel VBA macros for complex data processing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Expertise in defining requirements, using data and metrics for insights.
Hands-on experience with SQL or ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
