Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify process and system improvement opportunities.

• Develop automated reporting solutions to highlight potential gaps in existing mechanisms.

• Design business logic and deploy heuristic solutions for decision-making.

• Partner with scientists, risk managers, and program managers to drive data-driven insights.

• Retrieve and compile data from multiple sources into an actionable format.

• Monitor key metrics and use analytics to support business strategies.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel VBA macros for complex data processing.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Expertise in defining requirements, using data and metrics for insights.

• Hands-on experience with SQL or ETL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Familiarity with handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
