Exciting Career Opportunity: Partner Relationship Manager – Dine-Out Business

Role Overview

Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and driving growth? As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will onboard and manage 70-80 partner accounts in your designated territory, helping to expand the Dine-Out business and generate a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of ₹80-90 lakh per month.

Your success will depend on market-specific targets across India 1 and India 2 regions, ensuring consistent revenue growth through strategic partnerships and optimized restaurant operations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Engage with new restaurant partners, explain requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth onboarding process.

  • Conduct periodic check-ins with existing partners to ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high-quality image coverage.

  • Drive month-on-month growth by presenting the benefits of Dine-Out plans & promotions and encouraging investment from partners.

  • Align offers, marketing activities, and operational plans to ensure successful campaign execution and event participation.

  • Resolve critical issues such as diner payout disputes to maintain seamless transactions for customers and partners.

  • Develop customized growth strategies for each account while staying ahead of competitor activities.

2. Data Interpretation & Business Performance Analysis

  • Leverage restaurant dashboards to extract key performance insights and guide partners in optimizing conversions.

  • Assess partner investments in competitors through market observations and strategic discussions.

  • Encourage partners to match or exceed competitor investments in discounts, commissions, and advertising by demonstrating data-driven benefits.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with various teams for operational efficiency:

    • Partner Support (RDP content, discount modifications)

    • Sales Operations (competitor insights, festival data)

    • Finance (reconciliation, GST queries, payout concerns)


Essential Skills & Competencies

Functional Expertise

✔ In-depth understanding of Dine-Out offerings and growth levers.
✔ Knowledge of essential business metrics:

  • Operating hours of restaurants

  • Advertising revenue per order (Ads RPO)

  • Commission revenue per order and its key drivers like Average Order Value (AOV)
    ✔ Proficiency in data analysis tools: CMS, Power BI, Compass, Salesmate.
    ✔ Ability to assess conversion funnel performance across weekly, monthly, and daily transactions.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Graduate with 1.5 to 3 years of field sales experience.
💬 Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English.
📊 Experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies.
🔥 Confident, persuasive, and a go-getter with exceptional communication and sales skills.
